These tests include; grammar, spelling, vocabulary and proofreading, as well as computer based testing on typing proficiency and software skills. We also customize our testing to match your needs. You set the benchmarks and we ensure that they are met.

We realize that there are many “intangibles” that go into making a successful hiring decision. That is why we take the time to understand you and your workplace culture. Just as important for successful placements; we meet with each candidate one-on-one to thoroughly understand his/her capabilities and career goals. Our philosophy is to provide you with the top two or three candidates to choose from. Typically your toughest decision isn’t whether to hire, it’s which one to hire.
We have tried newspaper ads, job fairs, radio ads, and the internet, often with less that satisfactory results. How do you find your candidates?

What happens if a person doesn’t work out for us?
We are confident that our thorough process will ensure your satisfaction. However, fallouts do happen on occasion. Our policy is straightforward. If a person quits (or is terminated for cause) within 60 days of permanent direct hire placement we will refund your money or find a suitable replacement, no questions asked. To our knowledge this is the best guarantee in the business.
What if I’m not sure how long I will need this person for?
Many of our clients call on us to help them get through special projects or unusually high demand times. Many call on us to provide replacements for vacations, maternity leaves, etc., and still others find that they like to try out a person before making a hiring decision. So whether you want a temporary employee or would like the temporary to hire concept, we can be of service to you.

What about cost?
Our fees are competitive and cost effective. Using our service helps you avoid the hidden costs of hiring such as lost productivity, and wasted time interviewing unqualified candidates. The contract to hire option allows you to evaluate the potential employee on the job. Until you make the hiring decision we cover all SUTA/FUTA, UC, state and federal taxes and you are invoiced weekly for the previous week’s hours. You may hire a contract to hire person after 480 hours on our payroll for no additional fee.
