PS Companies initiated the combination discussions between our two firms. We were looking for a strategic transaction with another law firm whose attorneys had similar values to the values of our group, and PS Companies suggested a complimentary firm who would be a good fit. PS Companies worked with the lawyers in both firms to facilitate meetings and provide background information to each of the respective firms.
The combination turned out to be a success. PS Companies led the charge in facilitating that combination and continues to regularly communicate with the attorneys involved in the transaction.
