Chief Executive Officer

Nate joined PS-Companies in 2007. Prior to joining PS, Nate spent a couple of years in the banking industry working in the special assets department.

Nate and Norm purchased PS Companies in 2021 from Kris Bogdanovich. As CEO of PS, Nate is responsible for overall vision of the company and spends his time on the legal placement side of the business, helping corporations and law firms attract talent. He enjoys deep relationships with law firms, helping them execute growth strategies, open new offices, or assisting in law firm combinations. Nate also enjoys many deep relationships with attorneys looking for new platforms, career advice or a corporate legal career.

Outside of the office, Nate is an avid outdoorsman, enjoys golfing and coaching youth sports. Nate resides in Pewaukee with his wife Jamie and their four kids, Nathan, CJ, Evie, and Dash.


President & COO

Norm joined PS Companies in 2013. Prior to coming to PS Companies, Norm spent over 10 years as COO of a national marketing communications company located in the Midwest. His role included leadership of all operations as well as a key stakeholder when it came to client relationships.

As President of PS Companies, Norm has been able to use his prior executive experience to help maintain the companies’ high level of customer satisfaction and operational excellence. He continues to make continuous improvement a way of life at PS Companies and strives everyday to ensure PS Companies core values are protected and representative in everything they do.

Norm is an active volunteer in the community.  He currently serves on two non-profit boards. Outside of the office, Norm resides in Sussex, WI with his wife Joanna and three daughters, Starletta, Annastasia, and Amelia.

Legal Team


Business Development Executive

Carrie Booher has always loved meeting new people and connecting those with similar interests. Working in the legal recruiting space allows her to use her legal background and her personal passion for networking. Carrie joined PS-Companies in 2015 as a Business Development Executive. In her role, she works with both candidates and clients to find the right fit, placing talented attorneys in both law firms and corporate legal departments. Having worked in both a large law firm and with in-house counsel previously, Carrie’s unique background gives color and depth to her guidance during the legal recruiting process.

Prior to recruiting, Carrie worked as an associate in a large Chicago law firm and later spent a number of years as the Executive Director of the Association of Corporate Counsel Wisconsin Chapter. She joined PS-Companies in an effort to use her skills to help other attorneys find career fulfillment and opportunity.

Away from the office, Carrie enjoys spending time with her family, including her husband, an in-house attorney, and her three teenage children. When she isn’t acting as a taxi service for her kids, she loves to travel with her family. Carrie sits on the Board of Directors at Community Memorial Hospital in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin, and on the University of Illinois College of Law Alumni Board. Carrie holds an A.B. in Economics from the University of Chicago and a J.D. from the University of Illinois College of Law.


Senior Recruiter

Tim joined PS-Companies in 2007 as a legal recruiter. His role includes developing relationships with attorneys throughout the country to help them with their career goals both in a law firm and in-house environment. In addition to direct hire roles, he also helps attorneys looking for project-based work.

Prior to joining PS-Companies, Tim worked as a golf professional at an exclusive country club. Tim graduated with a B.A in Criminal Justice from the University of Wisconsin Parkside, and he joined PS-Companies to apply his criminal justice background and love for law to helping attorneys with their careers.

Outside of the office, Tim enjoys golfing, competing in tournaments, and traveling.


Senior Attorney Recruiter

As a Senior Recruiter with PS Companies, Marina works closely with clients and candidates to match the right person with the right opportunity. With a love for meeting new people and learning about their personal and professional backgrounds, as well as a natural desire to help others, recruiting is an instinctive fit for Marina.

Marina joined PS Companies in 2011 shortly after graduating from Cardinal Stritch University with a B.A. in Psychology. She was born in Bosnia & Herzegovina, raised in Serbia, and after relocating to the United States, spent over a decade in the Milwaukee area before moving to Minneapolis to assist PS Companies with opening a Minnesota office.

In her free time, Marina enjoys traveling, exploring the outdoors, and is always open to a new adventure.

Healthcare Staffing and Administrative Team


Director of Professional Services

Katie joined PS Companies in 2007 as office manager. She then moved to the role of recruiter and now oversees the operations of the temporary staffing department. Her priority is to always provide a top quality client and consultant experience, ensuring the right fit for the position and providing excellent customer service from an assignment’s beginning to end.

Before joining PS Companies, Katie worked for a variety of local non-profit organizations. She graduated from the University of Minnesota with a degree in Biology.

Outside of work she enjoys various outdoor activities including camping, kayaking, bird watching and gardening.


Director of Healthcare Services

Jeremy joined PS Companies in December of 2021 as the Director of Healthcare Services. Jeremy has significant experience in a variety of roles with health care organizations, and he understands both the extreme staffing challenges facing employers, as well as the demands and difficulties employees face. His focus is on helping both sides of the equation; helping clients find the quality people they need, while also helping candidates find the best opportunities for them. He is also available to consult with clients on resolving operational healthcare challenges.

Jeremy’s previous experience includes operational roles at Ascension/Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare and GE Healthcare. Prior to these roles, Jeremy served as an officer in the United States Marine Corps. He holds an MBA from Marquette University and a BA from Wheaton College.

Outside of work, Jeremy enjoys spending time with his family, exercising, reading, and participating in outdoor activities.



Monica joined PS-Companies in 2007 as a temporary employee for one of our clients and in 2013 she joined us in the office. She started as our office assistant and moved her way up to a Recruiter. Monica works on Temporary staffing roles for our clients. Monica is a Chicago native and was in the clerical field. Outside the office she enjoys spending time with her family and having coffee.



Evan Kruschke has worked in the staffing industry for 6 years and has recruited in many different industries. She enjoys building relationships with clients and candidates Evan joined PS Companies and was tasked with managing a high volume of COVID related hiring. She has many relationships within the healthcare industry and played a role in helping PS Companies develop a healthcare division. She also has recruited several professionals outside of the healthcare industry.

Outside of the office, Evan spends her time with her Husband and two daughters. Her family is her pride and joy, and they do everything together – from watching movies on the couch to traveling as much as possible. Her daughters are both aspiring gymnasts and that is quickly taking up a lot of time as well. She is also a member of Milwaukee’s Bel Canto Chorus, with weekly rehearsals and 4 performances each year.



Megan joined PS-Companies in 2021. She has always had a passion for helping others and came to PS Companies looking to use the skills she has obtained. Megan is working with the Staffing Team to help talented Healthcare professionals find their next opportunity.

Prior to PS-Companies, Megan was a substitute teacher for five years. Her unique experience has allowed her to adapt and thrive in whatever environment she is placed in.

When not in the office, you can find Megan traveling with her boyfriend, lifting at the gym, or looking for her next thrill. She is a huge fitness junkie and dabbles in snowboarding, rock-climbing, volleyball & softball summer leagues, kayaking, and, to her boyfriend’s delight, fishing (though she can take it or leave it).


Director of Finance

Laura Conner is a certified public accountant who joined PS Companies in 2020 as their internal accountant. She is responsible for the company’s financial functions including accounting, strategic planning, and oversight of payroll and billing.

Prior to joining PS Companies, Laura started her accounting career in public accounting where she worked for three years before moving to the private sector. She then worked as the controller for a manufacturing company for ten years before joining PS Companies. Laura holds a MBA from the University of Wisconsin Whitewater and a B.S. in Business Management from the University of Wisconsin Parkside.

Outside of the office, Laura enjoys time spent with her husband and four daughters. Together they enjoy being active, playing soccer, and road-tripping up north and around the country.


Office Manager

Lisa joined PS-Companies in June 2022 as Office Manager. Lisa will help to keep the office running smoothly and assist with any client or employee needs.

Before joining PS-Companies, Lisa worked for Wheaton/Ascension Healthcare for over 42 years. Lisa enjoyed working with employers, patients, physicians, and staff to ensure injured workers received the best possible care.

Outside of work Lisa and her husband enjoy visiting State and National Parks, taking day trips, antiquing, and spending time with her grandchildren.

Lisa also keeps busy with her furry menagerie. Molly, who is a 9-year-old mixed breed rescue. Walter, who is a mini golden doodle puppy and her kitty Che Che.

Catherine Hartman


Kate joined the PS-Companies team in 2023. Kate has over 20 years’ experience in payroll and accounting in the private and public sector. She earned her bachelor’s degree from St. Norbert College and later an associate in accounting from WCTC.

Outside work, Kate enjoys time with friends and family. Gardening, sporting events, live music, walking “Leo” the family dog and riding with hubby on an Indian motorcycle.
