Nate Bogdanovich

Chief Executive Officer

Nate joined PS-Companies in 2007. Prior to joining PS, Nate spent a couple of years in the banking industry working in the special assets department.

Nate and Norm purchased PS Companies in 2021 from Kris Bogdanovich. As CEO of PS, Nate is responsible for overall vision of the company and spends his time on the legal placement side of the business, helping corporations and law firms attract talent. He enjoys deep relationships with law firms, helping them execute growth strategies, open new offices, or assisting in law firm combinations. Nate also enjoys many deep relationships with attorneys looking for new platforms, career advice or a corporate legal career.

Outside of the office, Nate is an avid outdoorsman, enjoys golfing and coaching youth sports. Nate resides in Pewaukee with his wife Jamie and their four kids, Nathan, CJ, Evie, and Dash.

Norm Keene

President & COO

Norm joined PS Companies in 2013. Prior to coming to PS Companies, Norm spent over 10 years as COO of a national marketing communications company located in the Midwest. His role included leadership of all operations as well as a key stakeholder when it came to client relationships.

As President of PS Companies, Norm has been able to use his prior executive experience to help maintain the companies’ high level of customer satisfaction and operational excellence. He continues to make continuous improvement a way of life at PS Companies and strives everyday to ensure PS Companies core values are protected and representative in everything they do.

Norm is an active volunteer in the community. He currently serves on two non-profit boards. Outside of the office, Norm resides in Sussex, WI with his wife Joanna and three daughters, Starletta, Annastasia, and Amelia.

Laura Conner

Director of Finance

Laura Conner is a certified public accountant who joined PS Companies in 2020 as their internal accountant. She is responsible for the company’s financial functions including accounting, strategic planning, and oversight of payroll and billing.

Prior to joining PS Companies, Laura started her accounting career in public accounting where she worked for three years before moving to the private sector. She then worked as the controller for a manufacturing company for ten years before joining PS Companies. Laura holds a MBA from the University of Wisconsin Whitewater and a B.S. in Business Management from the University of Wisconsin Parkside.

Outside of the office, Laura enjoys time spent with her husband and four daughters. Together they enjoy being active, playing soccer, and road-tripping up north and around the country.

Katie Kaluzynski

Director of Professional Services

Katie joined PS Companies in 2007 as office manager. She then moved to the role of recruiter and now oversees the operations of the temporary staffing department. Her priority is to always provide a top quality client and consultant experience, ensuring the right fit for the position and providing excellent customer service from an assignment’s beginning to end.

Before joining PS Companies, Katie worked for a variety of local non-profit organizations. She graduated from the University of Minnesota with a degree in Biology.

Outside of work she enjoys various outdoor activities including camping, kayaking, bird watching and gardening.

Abby Jasinski

Director of Healthcare Services

Abby joined PS-Companies in 2025 as one of the Directors of the Healthcare Staffing Team. Her role includes maintaining and growing our travel nursing line of business while developing a per diem line of business simultaneously. Additionally, she jumps in to assist the recruiters when needed and leads our Joint Commission Certification.

Before coming to PS-Companies, Abby worked at a healthcare staffing organization for ten years, starting as a healthcare recruiter, working her way up to the Senior Director of Operations. She brings experience in recruiting, per diem staffing, contract staffing, direct hire, compliance and sales for both nursing and allied professionals, in both acute care and long-term care.

When Abby is not working, she enjoys spending time with her daughter, husband and dog, creating templates for her Etsy shop, listening to live music and rooting for the Green Bay Packers.

Tiffany Norman

Director of Healthcare Services

Tiffany joined PS Companies in 2025 as one of the Directors of Healthcare Staffing, bringing with her more than a decade of experience in the healthcare staffing industry. Prior to joining PS Companies, she served as the Operations Manager at another healthcare staffing agency, where she developed extensive experience in both per diem and travel staffing.

She has a true passion for building genuine, personal connections with nurses, CNAs, and allied health professionals. She believes that by supporting and uplifting healthcare professionals, we can make a meaningful and lasting impact on the communities we serve.

Outside of work, Tiffany enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons. As a family, they enjoy being at the hockey rink and taking in Milwaukee’s many festivals. They also share a passion for art and design, which they explore by visiting local museums, attending live music performances, and working on creative home projects together.

Legal Team

Tim Mostowik

Senior Recruiter

Tim joined PS-Companies in 2007 as a legal recruiter. His role includes developing relationships with attorneys throughout the country to help them with their career goals both in a law firm and in-house environment. In addition to direct hire roles, he also helps attorneys looking for project-based work.

Prior to joining PS-Companies, Tim worked as a golf professional at an exclusive country club. Tim graduated with a B.A in Criminal Justice from the University of Wisconsin Parkside, and he joined PS-Companies to apply his criminal justice background and love for law to helping attorneys with their careers.

Outside of the office, Tim enjoys golfing, competing in tournaments, and traveling.

Marina Novakovic

Senior Attorney Recruiter

As a Senior Recruiter with PS Companies, Marina works closely with clients and candidates to match the right person with the right opportunity. With a love for meeting new people and learning about their personal and professional backgrounds, as well as a natural desire to help others, recruiting is an instinctive fit for Marina.

Marina joined PS Companies in 2011 shortly after graduating from Cardinal Stritch University with a B.A. in Psychology. She was born in Bosnia & Herzegovina, raised in Serbia, and after relocating to the United States, spent over a decade in the Milwaukee area before moving to Minneapolis to assist PS Companies with opening a Minnesota office.

In her free time, Marina enjoys traveling, exploring the outdoors, and is always open to a new adventure.

Monica Mendez

Recruiter

Monica joined PS-Companies in 2007 as a temporary employee for one of our clients and in 2013 she joined us in the office. She started as our office assistant and moved her way up to a Recruiter. Monica works on Temporary staffing roles for our clients. Monica is a Chicago native and was in the clerical field. Outside the office she enjoys spending time with her family and having coffee.

Healthcare Staffing

Kenna Bellari

Healthcare Operations Staffing Manager

Before PS Companies, Kenna Bellari had built a career in medical staffing, progressing through multiple roles from 2015 to 2025. She began in 2015 when she was hired to launch a new role within the Managed Services department, focusing on credentialing healthcare workers to meet the specialized requirements of MSP clients to focus on growing and maintaining compliance. She then moved into staffing and logistics roles, gaining experience coordinating schedules, handling credentialing, and maintaining client communication nationwide.

Over time, she advanced into supervisory positions, overseeing evening operations, managing team performance, and ensuring smooth shift transitions. Most recently, as a Senior Account Manager, she led client relations across NC, SC, and TN, working with many facilities, including state hospitals, corrections, surgery centers, and senior living facilities, while also expanding the company’s detox client base.

Megan Glawe

Recruiter

Megan joined PS-Companies in 2021. She has always had a passion for helping others and came to PS Companies looking to use the skills she has obtained. Megan is working with the Staffing Team to help talented Healthcare professionals find their next opportunity.

Prior to PS-Companies, Megan was a substitute teacher for five years. Her unique experience has allowed her to adapt and thrive in whatever environment she is placed in.

When not in the office, you can find Megan traveling with her boyfriend, lifting at the gym, or looking for her next thrill. She is a huge fitness junkie and dabbles in snowboarding, rock-climbing, volleyball & softball summer leagues, kayaking, and, to her boyfriend’s delight, fishing (though she can take it or leave it).

Lauren Sabljak

Recruiter

Lauren became part of the PS-Companies Healthcare team in 2025 as an Onboarding Specialist and Contract Recruiter. In her role, she ensures contract employees are fully prepared for their upcoming assignments, in addition to recruiting healthcare professionals for contract positions.

Before joining the team, she spent three years at another healthcare staffing agency, where she gained experience in both onboarding and recruitment. During her final year, she specialized in recruiting for allied health roles.

When she’s not working, Lauren enjoys spending time outdoors, riding her motorcycle, and traveling.

Administration

Belinda Mendoza

Accounting Assistant

Belinda joined the PS-Companies Accounting team in 2025 as an accounting assistant.

Since joining the team, she has supported daily accounting functions, including managing transactions, reconciling accounts, assisting with financial reports, and handling payroll. Belinda is passionate about maintaining accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of accounting.

Before joining PS-Companies, Belinda was the accounting manager for a plumbing, HVAC, and electrical company in Las Vegas, Nevada.

When she’s not working, Belinda enjoys traveling, camping, and spending time with her family.
