Staff Spotlight – Cam Marotta

We’re excited to welcome Cam Marotta to the PS Companies Legal Department, where he’ll focus on Business Development and building strong client relationships. Cam brings a diverse professional background and a proven ability to lead.

Most recently, Cam served as Director of Operations at The Facility in Mequon (2021–2024).

Cam currently serves as the Program Assistant for the Be The Difference NIL Collective.

He is also a board member of Milwaukee Scholars, showcasing his dedication to community impact.

In addition to his professional experience, Cam is the founder and director of Club 52, a successful basketball program in the North Shore area with 29 teams for boys and girls. A Marquette University alum, Cam was a men’s basketball program member from 2015–2021, playing as a walk-on for four years and serving as a graduate assistant for two.

We’re excited to welcome Cam to PS Companies and look forward to seeing his expertise and drive in action.
